Cerelac Choco Mousse

Ingredients

- 50g CERELAC® wheat (1 sachet)

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of MILO®
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
  • 4 scoops of Nido1 + (mixed in 150ml of lukewarm water)
Step by step
  • Preparation

    • Mix MILO® in 3 tablespoons of warm water in a saucepan
    • Heat butter in the microwave for 40 seconds and stir to melt completely. Add to MILO® Whisk in the egg yolks and set aside to cool
    • Pour baby’s milk into a mixer and beat on medium speed until it starts to thicken
    • Add the CERELAC® Wheat, avocado and vanilla essence and whisk until it starts to form stiff.
    • Carefully fold the mixture (slowly overturn) into the cool chocolate mixture
    • Cover and refrigerate for a while before serving
