Cerelac Lasagne

Ingredients
  • 100 Cerelac wheat (2 sachets)
  • 6 scoops of NIDO +1milk (mixed with 225 ml of lukewarm water)
  • 1 small onion(chopped)
  • 3 small tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 lasagna sheets
  • ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
Step by step
  • Praparation

    • Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)
    • Put a large pot of lightly salted water to boil
    • Add lasagna sheets and cook for 3minutes; drain and set aside. Try not to break the lasagna sheet.
    • Fry chopped onions and tomatoes in oil
    • Mix CERELAC® wheat with baby’s milk until smooth and set aside
    • Place 2 layers of the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish. Spread ½ of the sauce, ½ of the CERELAC Wheat mixture and ½ of the mozzarella cheese and repeat layers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold
