Cerelac – Sweet Potato and Carrot Puree

Ingredients
  • 50g of Cerelac Rice (1 sachet)
  • 1 sweet potatoe
  • 4 scoops of Nido1+milk
  • 1 small Carrot
  • ½ table spoon unsalted butter
  • 150ml lukewarm water

 

Step by step
  • Preparation

    • Dice and steam cleaned carrot untill tender
    • Puree potatoes and carrot in a food processor
    • Pre - heat oven to 350 F (180 C)
    • Place washed potatoes on a foil-lined pan and bake for 45 minutes, until tender. Peel when cool enough to handle
    • Gradually add pre mixed CERELAC® Rice, baby’s milk and lukewarm water. Then add butter and mix till smooth
